Policies and stay conditions

Bookings are confirmed only once 50% of the total stay has been transferred, or the full amount has been paid.

Requested dates are not blocked until the corresponding payment receipt is received.

The deposit paid to secure a booking is non-refundable if the guest cancels.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before check-in.

If full payment is not received within this period, Viento Blanco may release the reserved date for other bookings, with no obligation to refund the deposit or credit it toward a future stay.

One reschedule is allowed per booking, provided it is requested at least 10 days before the reserved date.

The new date is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Viento Blanco. The booking must be paid in full before a reschedule can be made.

Requests made with less than 10 days' notice cannot be accommodated. Guests who do not arrive on the reserved date forfeit the amount paid.

Gift vouchers must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Once expired, they cannot be used or credited toward a future booking.

Vouchers are subject to availability, current rates, and special conditions during high season, holidays or local events.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM the following day.

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be authorized in advance.

We recommend arriving while it's still light out, especially on a first visit.

Before leaving, please check for personal belongings, turn off air conditioning, space heaters and other appliances, close doors and windows securely, and let us know by WhatsApp to coordinate check-out.

The lodge accommodates 2 to 4 guests, ideal for 2 adults, with room for up to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children.

Guests not declared in the booking may not enter or stay on the property. Visitors, parties, events, gatherings and unauthorized shoots or productions are not permitted.

Breach of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay, with no right to a refund.

Viento Blanco is designed primarily for adults, couples or small families.

Given the features of the bungalow and grounds — stairs, a balcony, changes in level, a pool without perimeter fencing, and open spaces — we don't recommend staying with children under 10.

If traveling with children, parents or responsible adults assume full responsibility for their care and supervision throughout the stay.

Use of the pool, the grill and open fire, noise and quiet hours, care of the property, security and personal belongings, the natural surroundings, weather and access, use of the property's image, and the right of admission are all detailed in the house rules.

The full house rules are sent along with check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed, and are also available on request by WhatsApp or email.

Anything that could affect a booking decision is already covered above, in The essentials: smoking is outdoors only, pets are not allowed, and capacity is 2 to 4 guests.

Pets are not allowed at Viento Blanco.

The kitchen comes equipped with basic utensils, dishware, glassware, a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and coffee maker.

Guests should bring their own food, drinks, charcoal and any other ingredients they'd like to use.

The stay includes breakfast for registered guests, under the conditions communicated at the time of booking. Allergies, intolerances or special requirements should be reported in advance.

Damage, breakage, permanent stains, burns, or the loss of keys, remotes, dishware, glassware, linens, towels, equipment or any other lodge property occurring during the stay may be charged to the responsible guest.

The bungalow is delivered clean and tidy, and should be left in reasonable condition. In the case of excessive mess, misuse or damage, Viento Blanco may charge the cost of cleaning, repair or replacement.

By making payment, receiving check-in instructions, or entering the property, the guest confirms having read, understood and accepted these policies and general conditions of Viento Blanco EAS Unipersonal.

These conditions exist to protect the guest experience, the safety of everyone involved, the surrounding natural environment, and the preservation of the lodge.
